Hi! I'm Brooke

     I am a recent graduate, eager to begin a full time position in the apparel industry.  As a long time fashion diva, I've quickly become a passionate student on the lesser glamorous mechanics of the industry, from solving garment construction problems and analyzing consumer behaviors, to deep diving into the complex system and supply chain web.  Problems tend to pique my utmost interest, so applying my skills to a subject I'm so naturally talented in was a no brainer. 

     When I'm not sketching, sewing, studying, styling, or daydreaming how to go about a garment construction challenge, I'm either finding new dinner recipes to cook later in the evening on Pinterest, planning a weekend camping trip, eating ice cream and reading my book at the farmers market, or I'm judging the obnoxious outfits worn on Selling Sunset. 

     I am a recent Magna Cum Laude graduate of Virginia Tech. I received a Bachelors of Science in Fashion Design and Retail Merchandising, and a minor in Sustainability Practices. I have an unshakeable work ethic (i.e. I'm typing this up with a 6 week post-op broken hand), a strong functional and aesthetic creativity, and a craving for detailed perfection in my work. I look forward to the next chapter in my life, where I can apply my skills and enjoy the work I put forth.
